Isaac Hager

Isaac is a health policy analyst who translates complex regulatory and reimbursement policy into strategic action and builds visualizations that support efficient, compliant program operations. Over the past five years, he has guided cross-functional initiatives in policy design, process improvement, and data-driven performance improvement for institutions including the University of Maryland Faculty Practice Physicians, Boston Medical Center, and the United Network for Organ Sharing. Before joining Charm, he analyzed Medicaid guidance and policy changes at athenahealth to ensure revenue cycle management compliance with payer requirements and published research on litigation efforts in the pharmaceutical safety net. He holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Boston University and a BA in English from Kenyon College.
