Hailey Krasnikov

Hailey studied Neuroscience and Economics at Harvard College, where she completed honors thesis research on the mechanisms behind abnormal light sensitivity working alongside Harvard Medical School faculty at Boston Children’s Hospital. While at Harvard, she was on the executive board of The Harvard Crimson newspaper and supported the community through volunteering at the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter. Prior to joining Charm, she gained experience in operations and strategy in the healthcare technology sector.
