Adam E. Block, PhD

Adam is a Harvard-trained health economist who has worked for twenty years at the intersection of hospitals, health insurance, government, and research. After receiving his PhD, he worked for Congress helping draft sections of the Affordable Care Act and then for CMS writing some of the original regulations building the Health Insurance Exchanges. From there, he spent five years reporting to CFOs in data analytics roles where he learned that most data vendors need some help showing return on investment. He founded Charm Economics in 2018.
