Evon Thompson

Evon studied Neuroscience and Global Health & Health Policy at Harvard College,

where he focused on community engagement, research, and global health policy. He

has been involved in global health projects that examined the social and behavioral

factors affecting HIV care engagement among migrant men in South Africa.

Additionally, he has conducted policy research to promote health equity in state

Medicaid programs. Evon is motivated to understand the social determinants of

health and their impact on development and has researched how early-life stress

during pregnancy affects neurodevelopment.
